Good Faith Estimate Notice
Your Right to Receive a Good Faith Estimate
Under the No Surprises Act, healthcare providers are required to provide clients who do not have insurance or who choose not to use insurance with a Good Faith Estimate of expected healthcare costs.
You have the right to receive a Good Faith Estimate that explains the anticipated cost of mental health services before receiving care.
The Good Faith Estimate will include reasonably expected charges for services provided by Grace and Grit Therapy.
If you receive a bill that is substantially higher than your Good Faith Estimate, you may have the right to dispute the charges.
You may request a Good Faith Estimate before scheduling services or at any time during treatment.
